Without a sufficient persuade skill you need the 3 voice recordings, one from the voice locked maintenance console, one from the security desk up on the administration level and one from the HK droid - which doesn't need a persuade. You only get the persuade option to get the HK droid to speak the full code if your persuade skill is high enough. Any other way to get the last fragment? Thank you.
